The reason for the question to Discount-Mats.com is because APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses are part of a military mail system. They are used for exchanging mail with U.S. personnel stationed outside the United States, generally at the same domestic rates charged for sending mail to U.S. Military personnel. Before their families and others who want to ship merchandise to troops stationed overseas, they first check with the vendors to ensure that they will indeed send product to APO/FPO addresses because shipments sent to APO/FPO addresses require extra processing.
The e-mail exchange reproduced above took place in January 2007 between a U.S. Army soldier serving with the U.S. 1st Cavalry Division in Iraq and online retailer Discount Floor Mats of West Allis, Wisconsin, with the former inquiring about whether the latter would ship floor mats to APO addresses. Not only did the retailer reportedly respond in the negative, but they supposedly couched their turn-down as the rude statement that "We do not ship to APO addresses, and even if we did, we would NEVER ship to Iraq. If you were sensible, you and your troops would pull out of Iraq."
The news department at radio station WTMJ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin also reported that a vice president with Bargain Suppliers, the parent company of the Discount Mats web site, had confirmed that the e-mail in question was sent and that "the employee who sent it is being held accountable and will be dealt with."
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel also reported that Bargain Suppliers of West Allis, Wisconsin said its discount-mats.com website had to be taken down to address the thousands of e-mails it's received since news of the exchange.

Vice president Sajid Nasir said he and co-owner Faisal Khetani have received e-mails and voicemails that are incendiary and threatening in nature. "It's really getting out of control," said Nasir, who described the messages as "angry and vulgar."
So, Sajif Nasir is upset that they have received e-mails from people that did not appreciate the comments that came from his company to an American soldier. He never said that he disagreed with the e-mail sent to Sgt Hess, he just did not like the response they received from the public. It is not clear if an apology was ever sent to Sgt Hess.
No one is asking Sajif Nasir or any of his relatives to lift a finger to help the soldiers that are charged with doing a very tough job under very rough living conditions. He and his family live comfortably in a country under the very freedom that men like Sgt Hess provide then he and his company has the nerve to insult their very existence. Their e-mail reply to an American soldier shows the true selfish and hateful attitude and mindset that is so common with people that hate America and everything for which it stands.
This is the Left-Wing attitude and it can clearly be seen in the editorial "Left-Wing Protesters - A Photographic Record". These people do not support anything but the failure and defeat of America. No peace activist has said anything negative about the e-mail to Sgt Hess because the extremely disrespectful e-mail from Discount-Mats.com reflects their core attitude.

This is just another example showing the attitude of the Left-Wing and their desire to prevent America from being victorious in the War on Terror. Many of these internet companies are home based and do not actually have a storefront where they do business. The employee was likely a nephew or son that was merely reflecting the true attitude and feelings of the family of Faisal Khetani and Sajif Nasir toward America and American troops fighting in Iraq. These are the same views that are shared with CodePINK, Cindy Sheehan, and the many other hate-filled "Peace Activists" that operate with the sole purpose of undermining American troops and empowering the terrorists that want to kill as many Americans as possible.
